This project took place during the 2003 school year and was a collaborative effort involving organizations and many volunteers. Some of which was the City of Raymond, Shoalwater Bay Indian Tribe, Pacific County Commissioners, Washington Health Foundation, HUGS, and Pacific County Sheriffs Office. The total project cost was $90,000. Over $30,000 was saved because of the many volunteers that worked several weeks to prepare the site and assist in the pouring of the concrete.
