HOW ARE YOUR DONATIONS USED?

HUGS Youth Foundation has raised over $80,000 through grants, fundraisers and community donations. The following are just a few ways HUGS has utilized this money to benefit the youth of our community:

• Completion of the 5th Street Playground equipment including new park benches.
  
• Renovation of the 8th Street Skate Park including assistance with the new baseball concession stand, new playground equipment, new park benches and reconstruction of the basketball and tennis courts.
  
• Mini grants awarded to local youth groups and projects in the area totaling over $1,500 annually. Recipients include:

Grant requests are reviewed by our board of directors regularly throughout the year and are granted towards projects or events that will touch the lives of many children. To obtain a grant request form, click here.
